Hand carved model making

We have expert wax carving capabilities.

CAD/CAM

For design work that is best made by CAD/CAM we use the Rhino CAD software program.

CNC milled models

We use CNC mills for some of our wax model work.

Rapid prototype printing

We can supply models made by Rapid prototype machine.

Molds in rubber, silicon and metal

For different products we use different types of mold material. For most jewelry items the rubber and silicon vulcanized or RT molds are the best option. For some designs metal molds are the only way to get the proper wax/plastics made. We can discuss which process suits the customers designs and can supply the molds.

Wax and Plastic injection

We use several types of wax injectors depending on the type of mold we use. We also do some parts by plastic injection which are then cast.

Casting

We have both vacuum and centrifugal casting machines.  The method of casting depends on the type of alloy and the design of the finished piece.

Hand finishing

For high polish items we find that hand polishing gives the best results.

Tumbled finishing

We can supply finished product by tumbled finishing for the customer who requires this grade of finishing.

Stone setting

Stone setting is available in prong, channel and bezel. We also supply Swarovski Crystal which is set in place by epoxy glue.

Stone inlay

We make stone inlayed jewelry in all types of material  both in genuine and imitation stones.

Epoxy enameling

Epoxy enameling can be supplied in any color.

Stamping

Some designs are best done by stamping. With our low cost stamping dies we can supply stampings up to 2.00 thickness in silver and brass.

Electroplating

We offer electroplating in silver, gold, rhodium and palladium . Single color or 2 tone. The thickness of the plate is based upon the customers specification.
